How long does it take to receive the testing equipment after it has been ordered?
EBPI uses an International Priority Services with Overnight deliver within North America, and 2-3 days over seas

What is the Shelf life of the products?
If the products are stored properly as per the labels, you should expect to be able to store them up to one year.

Is a -40 degree Celsius freezer needed?
No due to the process of the manufacturing of the reagent materials, the kits can be stored in a 4 degree Celsius refrigerator as well as a -10-20 degree Celsius freezer.

Why is only the Toxi-ChromoTest verified though the EPA’s (Environmental Technology Verification Program)?
Though we are currently considering  having all of our kits put though this program, the Toxi-ChromoTest kit was requested for evaluation by the US government.
